<p>話說老公自疫情開始, 主動要求帶飯, 我當然全力支持啦! 要好味(仲要惹味! ) 又有營養, 又簡易, 我同孖寶婆婆又鑽研咗D食譜, 同大家些牙下先~ (已經連續3星期被encore的食譜)</p>

<p>材料:<br />鴨1隻 (去皮斬件)<br />薑數片<br />冰糖60克</p>



<p>醃料:<br />酸梅5粒 (用匙壓爛)<br />生抽1湯匙</p>



<p>調味料:<br />鹽1茶匙<br />老抽 1湯匙</p>

<p>做法:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>將(醃料)加入鴨件, 拌勻, 醃最少3小時。</li>
<li>在燒熱的鑊中、加入1湯匙油, 炒香薑片，加入鴨件炒5分鐘。</li>
<li>加入水350毫升和冰糖，以大火煮滾，轉中火煮1小時，加入(調味料)，拌勻，略煮，即成。</li>
