<p>疫情下大家都好乖留係屋企, 多咗時間整嘢食, 我會繼續分享多D健康食譜, 等大家多D靈感架~ 「復活節」應下節，我地已經計劃緊喺屋企玩 Egg Hunt，而我自己就計劃要睇埋本 parenting 書, 亦當然唔少得整下嘢食啦~</p>



<p>食譜＃1：快樂小雞三文治</p>



<p>簡單快捷又好味，大人／小朋友及１歲大的ＢＢ（需視乎個別發展）都可以食～</p>

<p>製作需時: 25分鐘</p>



<p>材料:</p>



<p>麥包 4片</p>



<p>美式芝士 4片</p>



<p>胡蘿蔔片 少許 (裝飾)</p>



<p>黑芝麻 少許(裝飾)</p>



<p>做法:</p>



<ol type="1">
<li>胡蘿蔔洗淨去皮，切薄片，放入水中慢火煮15至20分鐘，直到胡蘿蔔變軟。</li>
<li>先在A4紙上畫紙樣，把所有材料用較剪剪成如圖中所示的形狀。</li>

<p>3. 然後砌出雞仔在蛋中的圖形(請看完成圖)，即成。(我家有孖寶, 所以有兩隻小雞, 兩隻大雞 ^O^)</p>
