<p>想搵無添加糖嘅 cupcake 食譜? 其實都唔難架, 可以用無添加糖嘅果汁、乾果等增加甜味~</p>



<p>食譜 #3：「無糖」胡蘿蔔迷你 cupcake</p>



<p>簡單快捷又好味，大人/小朋友都可以食～</p>

<p>製作需時: 60分鐘</p>



<p>材料:<br />(蛋糕)<br />胡蘿蔔幼絲 1杯<br />蘋果汁(無添加糖) 1杯<br />葡萄乾 1/ 2杯<br />全麥麵粉 4/5杯<br />植物油 1/5杯<br />全蛋 1隻<br />蘋果蓉 1/3杯<br />小麥胚芽 1/5杯<br />發粉 2 1/2茶匙<br />肉桂粉 1 1/4 茶匙</p>



<p>(裝飾)        <br />低脂忌廉芝士適量<br />椰絲適量<br />迷你朱古力蛋</p>



<p>準備：焗爐預熱至180°C。</p>



<p>做法:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list" type="1">
<li>將胡蘿蔔幼絲(用研磨器磨)加半杯蘋果汁(無添加糖)煮沸，然後慢火煮15至20分鐘，直到胡蘿蔔變軟，盛起備用，如圖下右。</li>
<li>將葡萄乾切碎加入 (1) 攪勻。待冷卻備用</li>
<li>(乾的材料) 麵粉，小麥胚芽，發粉，和肉桂放在一個大碗裡攪勻。(濕的材料) 加入半杯蘋果汁(無添加糖)，植物油，全蛋，蛋白，攪至剛剛均勻 (過度攪拌會令蛋糕變韌)。拌入 (2) 及 蘋果蓉。將麵糊倒入已放置紙杯的迷你蛋糕盤 (每格直徑大約 2 吋)。</li>
</ol>

<p>4. 用180°C焗 20 分鐘，(直至在中央插入的牙籤拔出來是乾淨的)，取出轉到鐵架待完全冷卻 (留在蛋糕盤上會有倒汗水) 。然後，在蛋糕上塗上預備好的低脂忌廉芝士，撒上椰絲，最後放上一粒朱古力蛋，就完成了。</p>

<p>食譜 #2 : 靚靚復活蛋　</p>



<p>簡單快捷又好味，大人/小朋友都可以食～</p>

<p>製作需時：30分鐘</p>



<p>材料:<br />雞蛋　6 隻<br />牛油果　1/2 個<br />咖哩粉　適量<br />黑芝麻粉　適量<br />(調味) 低脂沙律醬、芥末醬、鹽、胡椒粉適量</p>



<p>做法:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list" type="1">
<li>雞蛋連殼，放入室溫的水，慢火烚10分鐘，然後熄火焗 3分鐘。</li>
<li>隨即可放入室溫的開水，浸一會兒，便可剝殼。</li>
<li>將烚蛋對半切開，將蛋黃取出，放入一中碗，蛋白放在碟上，待用。</li>
<li>將蛋黃壓碎，慢慢加入(調味)，攪拌，直至蛋黃蓉成狀。(這是＂蛋黃蓉底＂)</li>
<li>將咖哩粉拌入＂蛋黃蓉底＂，即成款式 1 (咖哩復活蛋)；將黑芝麻粉拌入＂蛋黃蓉底＂，即成款式 2 (黑芝麻復活蛋)。</li>
<li>將牛油果壓成蓉狀，備用。</li>
</ol>
