<p>【材料】</p>
<p>藜麥4湯匙 (約55克)</p>
<p>水大半碗 (約160毫升)</p>
<p>小紅莓2湯匙</p>
<p>鹽1/4茶匙</p>
<p>紅燈籠椒粒、黃燈籠椒粒、青瓜粒、核桃碎各2湯匙</p>
<p>橄欖油2茶匙</p>
<p>黑椒粉少許</p>
<p>意大利陳醋適量</p>
<p>沙律菜2杯</p>
<p>【做法】</p>
<ol>
<li>藜麥洗淨，連水放在淺碟中，大火蒸10分鐘。然後加入小紅莓及鹽，再大火蒸10分鐘，取出。</li>
<li>加入紅、黃燈籠椒粒、青瓜粒、核桃碎、橄欖油、黑椒粉及意大利陳醋，拌勻。</li>
<li>在碟上先放上沙律菜，再放上藜麥沙律，即成。</li>
</ol>
