<p>雖然不是生炒糯米飯, 但減肥中都可以食糯米飯, 冬天暖暖胃, 都算可以滿足一下~~ 而且經袁師傅指導下, 這個簡易版的質素都好高架~ (孖寶daddy最鍾意糯米, 連佢都好驚訝, 原來無臘腸、無臘肉嘅糯米飯都可以好好味架!)</p>

<p>糯米1.5電飯煲量杯<br />瑤柱 4粒<br />蝦米1両 (約40克)<br />乾冬菇 8隻<br />雞蛋 1隻<br />芫茜適量<br />蔥粒適量</p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color">調味料:</p>



<p>生抽 1茶匙<br />老抽 1茶匙<br />黃糖 1/2茶匙</p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color">做法:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>糯米用水浸3小時，用平常電飯煲的煮飯方法，加水煮熟，備用。</li>
<li>冬菇用水浸軟後，蒸熟，切粒。蝦米及瑤柱分別用沸水浸軟，瑤柱用手撕開成幼絲。</li>
<li>雞蛋打發均勻，在易潔平底鑊中，加入1/2茶匙植物油，煎蛋至全熟成蛋皮，並切絲。</li>
<li>在同一易潔鑊中加入1茶匙植物油，加入蝦米及瑤柱爆香。</li>
<li>加入糯米飯及冬菇，續炒約3分鐘。</li>
<li>加入調味料，其間不停炒拌至略乾身。</li>
<li>放芫茜、葱粒及雞蛋絲上面，即成。</li>
</ol>

<p class="has-vivid-red-color has-text-color">白糯米飯的卡路里較白飯高, 減肥期間不宜食用?</p>

<li>其實白糯米飯跟白飯的卡路里是差不多的, 所以減肥期間都可以食架。</li>
</ul>
