<p>材料:<br />炒面半斤 (300克)<br />豬肉4両 (160克)<br />洋蔥絲1/2個<br />銀芽2両 (約80克)<br />蔥絲1棵</p>



<p>醃料:<br />生抽 1/2茶匙<br />生粉 1/2茶匙</p>



<p>調味料:<br />生抽 2茶匙<br />老抽 1/2茶匙<br />黃糖 1/2茶匙<br />水1碗</p>

<p>做法:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>將豬肉洗凈，切絲，加入醃料醃約15分鐘，備用。</li>
<li>炒面用開水燙崧，盛起，瀝乾水份。</li>
<li>在燒熱的易潔鑊加入1茶匙植物油，加入麵，以細火將麵兩面煎至略帶金黃色，上碟。</li>
<li>在同一鑊中加入1茶匙植物油，將肉絲煎香，加入洋蔥絲、銀芽、蔥絲一齊炒香。</li>
<li>加入調味料，炒匀，加生粉水煮至獻狀(略稠便可)，用碗盛起或淋上煎好的麵上，即成。</li>
