										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>疫情期間，重咗？唔使驚！快啲定立目標，一個月減番5磅啦！新冠肺炎 Covid 這次疫情確是我成為營養師18年以來，從未遇過的，根據美國一項調查，大約39%美國人體重上升了最少2.5磅, 當中有10% 上升超過12.5磅, 2%上升超過27.5磅.（1）</p>
<p>疫情顛倒了我們的飲食、睡眠習慣、活動量及日常生活，增加了我們的壓力。我自己都經歷了體重上升咗5磅！(好開心最近1個月減番喇!)</p>

「疫情期間」上升了6磅 至150磅<br />
2021年:<span style="color: #ff0000;"> 3.5個月減咗17磅</span> (由<span style="color: #ff0000;">150</span>減至<span style="color: #ff0000;">133</span>磅), 脂肪由<span style="color: #ff0000;">37.3%</span>減至<span style="color: #ff0000;">32.8%</span>)</p>
<p>我作為 Maggie嘅營養師, 真係好多謝佢嘅信任, 同埋會同我分享減肥路上遇到嘅挑戰 ! ^O^ 大家同我分享多D, 我就可以了解多D大家的飲食喜好, 一齊研究點樣越食越 fit. 我最開心嘅係可以幫大家用健康飲食減磅 (尤其是媽媽們) &lt;&lt; 食得飽, 不捱餓, 絕無藥物, 也不用運動 &gt;&gt; (我會鼓勵運動, 不過視乎大家有沒有時間吧, Maggie一開始雖然無興趣, 但最後愛上了行山, 所以運動方面, 反而是 Maggie 給我靈感, 配合我設計嘅餐單, 減磅、減脂肪都變得有趣, 不沈悶喔) ~~</p>

<p>我自己既工作長時間都係室內，無咩郁動，平時又無咩運動習慣，感覺自己身體都唔太健康，知道要係時候去改變，但無從入手，喺2018年經過朋友介紹認識到Katrina，<span style="color: #ff0000;">4個月內減咗20磅</span>。</p>
<p>本身一直都keep 到的，但直到疫情係2020年出現，因為stay home 抗疫，磅數上升咗6磅！….. 我試過自己減，但好慢，所以2021年5月都係搵番Katrina，<span style="color: #ff0000;">就再減多17磅（挑戰低位)</span>。之前著<span style="color: #0000ff;">XL碼, 依家著M碼都鬆身</span>，而且養成左運動既習慣，成日都會係屋企踩健身單車，食完飯去急步行同散步，同埋同朋友定期去行山。個人都開心左好多。</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">Katrina係一個好好既營養師。佢非常有耐性而且好鼓勵我</span>，我地會一齊共同設立每星期既目標，但就算有時做唔到，或者未達標都唔會用好激烈同令人難以接受既方式黎表達，反而會<span style="color: #0000ff;">好有耐性同友善咁鼓勵</span>。而且<span style="color: #0000ff;">教左我好多有營養又變化多既餐單</span>，有時候想買一啲健康既食物，但唔知邊度有得買，佢都會幫我手一齊搵，而且有時候問佢有啲咩食物營養好唔好之類既問題，每次都好有耐心咁回答我。</p>
<p>我好開心可以認識到Katrina，亦都從Katrina身上面學到好多野。依家既<span style="color: #0000ff;">我比之前更有自信，更健康，生活習慣都好左好多</span>。真心感謝Katrina的幫忙。</p>

<p>來到2021年最後一個月，回想一年以來，遇到很多因為疫情, 留家(stay home), 所以體重上升了的新客客，我好感恩遇見了大家，讓我可以成為大家的營養師，陪伴大家一起「找回健康」。Ada就是其中一位，首先好想感謝Ada無私的分享，因為大多女性都會怕羞, 唔想露面。分享「女性經期問題」的, 就更不容易，但想不到Ada二話不說，一口便答應了分享！ (我真係覺得好感動呀~)</p>

<p>多謝Ada的分享:</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">自從數年前由體重150磅之後就一直沒有再上磅的勇氣，自知身形及體重不斷增加，就連<span style="color: #008000;"><strong>血壓都跟體重一樣有增無減，還越來越高，高到有爆血管的危機</strong></span>，直到要服用<span style="color: #008000;"><strong>血壓藥還不斷的加藥</strong>才</span>穩定下來，醫生便勸我要減磅及在食物方面下功夫，另一方面</span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>女性的不尋常的出血亦已維持了一年 (經期長達2-3星期)</strong></span>，令心情相當的困擾。</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">直到有一天, 我突然間決心地上網找營養師幫忙減肥及改善健康問題，緣份地就把我跟Katrina認識了，這刻就開始了我人生的轉捩點! 當跟Katrina會面的一刻上磅, 原來已經是</span><span style="color: #ff0000;">172.5磅</span><span style="color: #0000ff;">了，脂肪比例還去到</span><span style="color: #ff0000;">43.2%</span><span style="color: #0000ff;">，</span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">所有數字都係超出很多很多的，當時我自己都沒有大信心可以減得到，我記得我還問Katrina:</span> </span><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>「現在以我的年齡及情況, 我真的可以減得到嗎？」</strong></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"> KATRINA 堅定的同我講: </span><span style="color: #008000;">「<strong>只要你能按照我給你的餐單, 就一定可以的，有我一路陪住走這段減肥的路，你可以放心！</strong>」</span><span style="color: #0000ff;">這刻我的</span><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>心情就由谷底彈返上嚟, 同埋覺得一切都係有希望了。</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">減肥過程中, 我感受到Katrina提及到的什麼</span><span style="color: #008000;">是</span></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>「食住瘦，不用捱餓」</strong>，有教我<strong>「如何選擇適當的零食」</strong>，及建議我做適量的運動，在短短的半年左右, 我已經改變了很多，由血壓至體重再到身形各方面, 都已得到很大的改善，<strong>血壓藥已減到去最輕微的份量</strong>，</span><span style="color: #000000;">連</span><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>女性的出血問題亦已消失, 經期回復正常了</strong></span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">，這方面是令我最開心的，另外體重亦足足減了50磅</span>，<span style="color: #008000;"><strong>身形及衣著已由XXL， XL到現在已可穿M或S碼了</strong>，</span><span style="color: #0000ff;">我隨便行入一間</span><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>服裝店都不用再問人有沒有再大的碼數了，甚至free size的服裝都已經沒有難度了</strong>，</span><span style="color: #0000ff;">亦由以前常被人稱呼肥婆到現在所有人見到我都說：「你已好瘦呀，唔駛再瘦啦」。這刻我的自信都全部返曬嚟。</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">所以我真的很感謝Katrina的耐心幫忙及指導, 令我人生各方面都得到很大的轉變，這次的減肥過程不單幫到我外觀的改變，健康的問題亦得到很大改善，我會繼續努力地朝著Katrina的寶貴意見及指導, 一直堅持keep住自己的體重及健康。</span></p>

<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #193bd3;">畢業到工作嗰四年(未認識Katrina前）足足肥左30磅，嗰四年時間淨係覺得自己好肥，但無諗過要行動減呢件事，縱使身邊朋友話我「哇，你肥左好多喎」，聽完得過且過就算，縱使對住塊鏡都覺得無野咁，2016年遇到Katrina，評估完磅數同脂肪比例爆哂，個刻都係聽完，重左最多咪食少啲野，心諗點都會瘦到少少，以為會有成效，但原來都係無的? Katrina 叫我每日都要上磅磅下，唔想面對既關係，我都係無磅……. (雖然我日日番工都會見到 Katrina, 不過佢又唔會迫我一定要減嘅……)</p>



<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #193bd3;">到2018年9月，當見到自己脂肪比例去到40% (係, 我其實係公司都會偷偷磅下重架)!!! 同埋見到減完成功既客客減完好靚靚，個一刻我即刻諗，如果我減到咁瘦唔知會係點呢? ? 個一下既動力突然好強，忍唔住同Katrina講我想減肥呢個計劃，Katrina好支持我，仲叫我要俾心機。雖然個心已經起動左要減肥，但我真係太鐘意食野，都會擔心無野食或者食唔飽呢個問題，個人又唔鐘意旭，真係會瘦到咩。</p>



<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #193bd3;">決定左都唔到我擔心咁多，就正式開始我呢個減肥計劃，每星期見Katrina (認真傾減肥嘅時間)，再到最可怕既磅重時間，但當一星期見一次再見到個磅數有下降，食得飽又唔覺得肚餓，個種開心既心情令我難以形容，令我更加有動力再努力啲減落去，減緊既途中，突然同朋友傾起減肥，決心一齊去做運動，有朋友陪一星期2次運動，脂肪比率減得好快，養成咗每朝都磅重的習慣。</p>



<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #193bd3;">經歷左5個月減磅之旅，值得開心既事係由以前要著XL，而家可以著到M，買到岩我SIZE既短褲/裙，買到好多靚衫，由以前想買牛仔褲，次次試完總係有種著到好肥既感覺，而家竟然買到M碼，呢種開心既心情真係難以去形容出黎，而家行步路都輕鬆左，唔會行到一半停左係到嗌好攰要休息下先。有時見番好耐無見既朋友都會問起我:「搞咩呀你，瘦左咁多既」。多謝你地 =) 我係健康地瘦架!!!!!</p>



<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #193bd3;">雖然叫左我2年我先肯開始我既減肥大計 =) 好感謝Katrina對我不離不棄，有你同身邊朋友既鼓勵同支持，令我無放棄仲繼續堅持落去~我仲未達成終極目標，待續……</p>

<p class="has-text-color" style="color: #0b1ecb;">我一向都是肥底的，食多少少就會重好多的易肥體格，試過好多辦法減肥，如節食、食肉減肥法等。不但會反彈，仲會令身體好唔舒服，頭暈眼花。</p>

<p>一直未有時間分享, 一睇file, 原來已經係前年嘅事! 好在減咗26磅嘅佘公子keep得好好, 無拆我嘅招牌. 減肥成功, 他跟我分享他求婚成功 (而家已經結埋婚喇), 我真係好開心喔~ 我仲記得佢當日嘅要求</p>

<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">畢業工作五年， 每年總會同一班舊同學聚會，每次一下見面都會聽到一句好“硬耳”：『噫！你好似肥左』或者客氣少少會講『穩重左』，心裹當然不爽。最初當然不以為然， 因為我的工作要經常街訪見客， 每天都在街外吃飯。而本身又覺得男仔唔洗咁“枝整”， 所以無特別注重飲食。同一般繁忙都市人一樣，都係<span style="color: #ff0000;">掃食者（特別係下午茶，零食，快餐同肉）</span>，當然一定會配合無時間做運動同放工好攰加天氣好差呢幾種藉口。衫，愈着愈逼就愈買愈大；相，愈影愈脹愈唔想影；行，愈行愈重愈唔想行，最後又覺得做野咁辛苦 唯有食好西慰勞下自己。踏上這無盡旅途&#8230;&#8230;循環周而復始。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">當然，而家網上資訊發達，<span style="color: #ff0000;">我想信每一個肥人，都唔多唔少聽過或睇過好多減肥方法（八小時進食法，戒殿粉，食肉減肥，唔食晚飯，食補充品或減肥藥，狂做運動&#8230;&#8230;)</span>。而身邊好多朋友（包括我）亦唔多唔少試過幾個方法，<span style="color: #ff0000;">最後成功（有顯注效果，持續性，唔反彈）係十個都無兩個</span>。當咁多種方法都試左一個round 後，開始質疑個方法，就會再試新方法，又係無限輪迴。最後，身邊既朋友開始升呢直接講『喂，你肥左好多！』同<span style="color: #ff0000;">開始咩相都唔想影</span>（<span style="color: #ff0000;">旅行都唔影</span>，扮幫人揸機），<span style="color: #ff0000;">咩衫都唔想買</span>果時，任何水上活動都唔想參與時，果個Moment,要爆啦！果一刻，好想認認真真搵一個<span style="color: #ff0000;">專業減肥師</span>，比個秘方我可以即刻減。後來經朋友同網上查探底下搵到Katrina, <span style="color: #ff0000;">原來係叫營養師</span>！</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">上去前都會諗，男人老狗，減肥啫, 洗唔洗比錢人幫自己減啊&#8230;&#8230;但都去一次了解下先。第一次去到同Katrina 傾左45 分鐘， 感覺好好，好有耐性去了解我飲食習慣同日常生活， 又會解釋唔同年紀性別新陳代謝，脂肪比率，營養吸收，肥底瘦底原因等，好似上左堂營養學。最重要係<span style="color: #ff0000;">我有三個要求（第一，唔食任何補充品及藥物，因為好似減完都要繼續依賴；第二，唔洗急，最緊要持久， 我希望係學到方法適合自己，唔係剩係一兩個月瘦到；第三，一星期最多做到一日運動，收工認真攰！）</span>聽完佢一下就話：無問題！只要配合適當飲食習慣，就算每日出街食都可以減得持久健康。聽完我覺得好合理所以都好爽快決定！</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">由五月開始，每星期都跟 Katrina 上一課營養課同檢視一週飲食。週復週，日復日，調整份量，選擇食物，飲水量，慢慢也變成一種習慣。第一月是最孤獨的，付出左但未有顯注成效。<span style="color: #ff0000;">Katrina 會分享個案, 通常減到第一個10磅會開始有人察覺， 第二個10磅會好明顯</span>。於是就繼續堅持，<span style="color: #ff0000;">直到第六星期真係有朋友問係咪瘦左？果日上磅，真係岩岩好減左10磅幾，果刻覺得 Katrina 真係好專業！</span>最重要係我七月去左香港人後花園——沖澠！正所謂：去旅行，去到盡！當然係會食到盡，所以係出發前 Katrina 巳經同我一齊計劃好，就算食盡都可以保持到脂肪比例同體重。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">如是者經歷五個月，<span style="color: #ff0000;">最自豪係每日着西裝愈來愈鬆，皮帶一格一格咁扣入，行路愈來愈輕盈，肌肉線條慢慢突出發</span>，客戶朋友同事問我係咪受左咩刺激，點解瘦左？同埋大家交流如何減肥。<span style="color: #ff0000;">最深感受係個人的改變感染到身邊家人朋友都更注重飲食同健康！</span>很感謝 Katrina 分享咁多營養學及鼓勵，陪伴我這五個月，讓我更了解身體及保持健康的方法，就算遇到唔同情況，只要用對方法同堅持，一樣可以達標！</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">早在9年前仲喺陀住家姐嘅時候，產檢時發現有妊娠糖尿病，由於指數唔喺太高，所以都喺戒口同每日篤手指MONITOR住 ，生完後，血糖就回復正常。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">6年前有咗妹妹5個月時，又發現高血糖，今次唔可以只戒口，要學打胰島素加每日篤手指，一日打3針，篤7次手指，當時唔知邊到嚟嘅勇氣，日日如事直到妹妹出生。記得生完之後內分泌醫生同我講再檢查過，血糖喺回復正常，但要好好管理自己飲食，因為我有家族遺傳，5年後會有糖尿病比正常人多50%。點知，就真喺俾醫生講中咗，上年心血來潮想買份保險，做身體檢查時發現空腹血糖好高，之後自己篤返手指，空腹指數喺去到11mmol上下，即刻就去睇專科，醫生亦即開藥俾我，叫我要恆常做運動減肥，對個病有好處。我問醫生：有無機會可以減到藥呢？有無人可以改善到唔駛再食藥呢？醫生答：減藥都好難，100個只有1個可做到。戈刻心情極度底落。因為之前學打胰島素時有問過姑娘：點解大肚婆一定要打胰島素，唔可以食藥嘅？姑娘答我：因為食藥始終會對肝腎起副作用，怕會影響媽媽同BB，所以直接打胰島素會比較安全。即喺依家要開始食咁多藥，將來對身體唔多唔少都有負荷。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">之後有一次一位好朋友為我分憂時，佢介紹咗Katrina俾我，二話不說，即約見。本身有150幾磅嘅我，好希望可以減到藥。當時我同Katrina講減肥喺bonus，我最想喺可以減藥。之後跟咗Katrina半年，終於終於…減咗廿磅，再去覆診時醫生都好驚訝，我減到咁多，空腹血糖回落到5.1mmol，醫生話通常男性先可以減到咁多磅數，女性當中我算喺第一名，醫生就決定減藥一半。當日我開心到不能用筆墨可形容，Katrina幫我”lok”咗醫生”扒”牙呀，YEAH~~</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">喺呢段時間我覺得Katrina喺一位好有心嘅營養師，佢會俾因我嘅生活習慣開餐單俾我，唔喺咩都唔食得，其實喺可以食好多嘢，仲可以食零食，只喺要好好選擇食物同份量就得。Katrina每次都會鼓勵我，就算偷食落唔到磅都鼓勵我（以前見嘅營養師只喺鬧喺咪偷食）。我喺Katrina身上學到好多，依家都會用返呢啲智識好好管理自己體重。我仲介紹埋媽咪去跟Katrina。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">其實除咗減藥，依家身型都靚咗好多(自我感覺良好中)，Katrina令我有勇氣再次著起婚紗同兩個囡囡一齊去影咗一輯好有意思嘅相，成為我哋母女之間一個美好回憶。</span></p>

<p>認識Katrina是從Facebook 見到一個成功分享的個案開始，當時被個案中提到的「不捱餓」、「可出街食飯」以及「無刻意加多左做運動」等嘅內容吸引，很好奇到底天下是不是真的有「唔辛苦減肥法」。 另一方面，都要考慮好實際的問題，就是費用會否很昂貴，介紹內容見到每月只需「千零蚊」，係可以負擔到的費用，就問我老公想唔想一齊去做個評估了解下。</p>

<p>由於我同老公都屬於為食人士，又好鍾意打邊爐，日常飲食不太節制，日積月累下，自結婚後幾年間，體重亦隨之而上升，再加上生了小孩之後更加增加左十數磅，體重一度高達超過140磅！</p>
<p>

<p>到了評估完畢，最初都不太有信心，因為擔心自己一下子改變飲食習慣會好困難，但經過Katrina 細心分析本身飲食習慣，教我剔起日常飲食中較不健康的項目，加入了自己都接受到的食物類別，我好快就適應了新的飲食習慣。Katrina 亦教曉我飲食要平衡、如何在外出飲食時選擇合適菜餚，大時大節過後如何調節⋯⋯（想知多點要搵Katrina了解下啦～ ?） 令我同我老公都能輕鬆適應新的飲食習慣，而且是一生受用的好習慣。</p>

<p>在減磅的初期都有遇到困難，但感恩老公同我一齊進行減磅行動，就好似聖經說 ：「兩個人總比一個人好，因為二人勞碌同得美好的果效。 若是跌倒，這人可以扶起他的同伴；若是孤身跌倒，沒有別人扶起他來，這人就有禍了。 再者，二人同睡就都暖和，一人獨睡怎能暖和呢？ 有人攻勝孤身一人，若有二人便能敵擋他；三股合成的繩子不容易折斷。」</p>

<p>夫妻二人一同在過程中建立共同的健康飲食習慣，更加有互相支持、提醒的效果，也彼此鼓勵，結果我們二人都持成功用了5個月（我）及7個月（老公）成功完成目標，尋回惜日的健康身形。</p>

<p>好多身邊的親友見到減磅後的我，都驚訝原來只要從飲食著手小小改變，就有如此好的果效，得到健康的身體。</p>

(我都無諗過原來會為大家帶黎少少不便添<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />, 不過我相信大家都唔介意哩個小小不便嘅) 好彩最後都順利過關 ? <p>自從出黎做野，多左出街食野又少左做運動，加上自己特別鍾意打邊爐同食得唔好嘥嘅性格，體重日漸增長，中間都嘗試過減肥，但無論去美容院或用其他方法，最終體重都係不跌反增，繼續嗰句&#8221; 食左先減&#8221; 。</p>



<p>到結婚生仔後，每次同個仔玩都感到乏力，尤其係要抱佢嘅時候，雙膝都感到痛楚。有一晚，老婆問我不如一齊去見營養師，當時諗住去評估吓，冇壞啫，點知評估完就落實瘦身計劃。初時都諗會唔會冇啖好食，餐餐白烚，但原來剛好相反，只要識得揀野食，都一樣可以食得飽，最重要係減肥都可以偶爾打吓邊爐，當然呢段時間我都要減少食一d平時鍾意食嘅炒粉麵等等嘅邪惡食物，但見到體重漸漸下降，好似有左幾個月嘅肚腩消失，體重減左接近60磅，身邊嘅親朋都好驚訝，就算少少辛苦都係好值得。</p>



<p>感謝Katrina呢8個幾月嘅幫助和教導，令我可以食住瘦，調節我嘅飲食習慣，而聖經中保羅有句說話都好好鼓勵自己 -&#8221; 攻克己身，叫身服我&#8221; ，要學會節制，管理好自己身體，因為呢個係對我嘅家人嘅愛，亦係責任！</p>

<p>6年前大仔出世後，自問當年還算年輕，生產後身型算沒太大改變，到細女一年前出世，身體機能和新陳代謝大不如前, 體重更上升到人生高峰144磅。<span style="color: #0000ff;">眼見先生由一名有血壓高及脂肪肝大肥佬變成一個健康型男，實在要‘的起心肝’去<strong>搵返以前的自己</strong></span>。<span style="color: #0000ff;">在接觸Katrina前，一心以為要餐餐挨餓和放棄人生美食，原來都是自己‘諗多咗’</span>，到現在跟隨Katrina的餐單和認識食物轉換法後, 竟然體重及脂肪比率每星期都下降了！<span style="color: #0000ff;">最重要係每餐都可以吃得飽, 飽住瘦</span>（跳起yeah!）多謝你Katrina.</p>

<p>首先借呢個機會，多謝一下Katrina。因為令我嘅改變真係好大。無佢嘅幫助，好難可以用一年時間減到咁多磅。</p>
<p>相信100個人，會有100個唔同嘅原因想去減肥。而我嘅原因，係來自一次同小兒嘅一次對話開始。</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">““““小兒：「爸B可唔可以唔上天堂，一直陪住我呀？」</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"> 我：「爸B應承你，我會陪住你行，行到最遠，行到行唔到為止。」““““</span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;">就係呢個承諾，我決定減肥</span></span>。但我已經係一個有<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;">高血壓，睡眠窒息症，脂肪肝</span></span>嘅大肥佬。<span style="color: #ff0000;">做運動對於我嚟講，談何容易呀？</span>好在得朋友介紹，知道揾營養師，可以有效咁針我呢個case嘅問題。就係咁，過左一個星期左右，我就去左見我嘅營養師Katrina。</p>
<p>利用飲食去減肥，係我之前一直未試過的。對於成效也是半信半疑。</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">直至我識到Katrina之後，先發現原來<strong>減肥係可以唔需要捱肚餓㗎</strong>！！！基本上，我<span style="text-decoration: underline;">每一餐都可以食得飽</span>，而且唔係好似網上果啲餐單咁，餐餐都白焯嘅。（餐餐都白焯，你一定唔會撐到好耐）每一餐都有肉有菜有飯，就連薯片都有得食㗎。</span>同時你會學識「一整套」選擇食物嘅方法，</p>
<p>其中 「<strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">過時過節嘅飲食方法」</span></strong> 和 「<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>旅行前後飲食攻略」</strong></span>，對我最為實用。</p>
<p>最後我想提一提，為了追求健康而去減肥嘅戰友，過程中必有不習慣，但係你所做嘅，一定值得的，因為健康無價啊。放心去跟隨Katrina嘅方法，因為佢用嘅，係我見過最安全嘅減肥方法。</p>
<p>再一次感謝Katrina。因為無你嘅鼓勵，我無可能成功。</p>
